Kahit Walang Thank You

Ang sarap makatanggap ng parangal dahil nagsikap ka and you feel that hard work is well paid off.

Napagod akong mag-initiate at mag lead. Yung parang sasakyan na tumatakbo ng mabilis tapos unti-unting bumagal at na-empy tank, -out of gas na kasi. Ganung ganun ang nangyari sa akin. I cannot go for an extra mile. I cannot set a meeting or even a talk to my team in the youth ministry.

Then, I discovered that I was full of myself. I see no results, so I stopped. I see no one appreciates my hard work for the ministry so I stopped. I see no one was initiating and not all are giving concern to what we are doing so I stopped. I felt so empty. Then I realize, I was all alone. None of the team was there in my darkest hour. I felt that no one did try to encourage me, I was left in a corner. I was separated from them.

But God's grace and love is like an ocean. I was drowning in emptiness and loneliness but He rescued me. He is reviving me. He is keeping me. He is the one who appreciates everything. He is my source why I should lead and take initiative. He is concern about me. He was there with me and I was not alone. HE NEVER STOP CHASING AFTER ME! He was there in my darkest hour. He speak life to me and encourage me more than anyone else. I  was left in the corner with Him. I was NEVER separated from Him.

"[Eunice] you did not choose Me but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit - fruit that will last..." -John 15:16
"[Eunice] serve wholeheartedly, as if you are serving the Lord, not men, because you know that the Lord will reward everyone for whatever good he does." -Ephesians 6:7-8
